Returns & Exchanges

At Wenzel TCG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
